- What kind of warranty do I have when purchasing the fan?
- With installation you receive a 2 Year In-Home Warranty on the Old Jacksonville Product starting from the installation date.
- Without installation it will be a $85 Trip charge, plus the price of any material used.
- All warranties will be voided if tampered with or installed by a third party.
- If I purchase a fan from somewhere else would you install?
- We do install other brands pricing will vary depending on the difficulty of the fan. Supervisor approval is needed before scheduling.
- We do not offer any warranty for any fans purchased elsewhere.
- Do you have a show room available?
- We do not have a a separate show room available.
- Our Office does have the fans installed in the Lobby Area for Viewing.
- Do you sell fan parts?
- We offer all parts needed to replace or fix an Old Jacksonville fan. (Fan blades are sold as a set to ensure proper balancing.)
